A further investment possibility includes a development angle. Camwest is often able to advise clients on opportunities - as they become available - to add value to residential properties. This may be through buying in a location that is about to undergo positive change, or by buying a property that would benefit from conversion, extension or refurbishment.

It may also involve selecting a property with a building plot that invites the construction or extension of accommodation. Camwest will project manage the design and building out of any such development with the requisite NHBC guarantees, and recommend that this path provides a very attractive investment.

Camwest has a number of developer clients who often have housing units in prime locations that we can offer exclusively to our investor clients prior to them going onto the market. This gives our clients the opportunity of acquiring newly built properties, with all the higher specifications and standards that can be expected, at 'off-plan' reduced rates, secure in the knowledge that they will command premium rents.
